Term 3 enrolments have now opened!
Term 3 takes place from 27 July – 20 September and is packed with colour, creativity, and exciting new art projects!
Across 8 weeks, children explore 4 exciting projects, learn new skills, and how to express themselves through art.
Creative Kids (5–8yrs) will explore a variety of exciting art projects, including a dynamic night sky painting, an abstract portrait inspired by Carl Krull, a winter snowman snow globe, and a colourful scratch art penguin.

Term 3 Projects...
Week 1-2: Aurora Lights
Bring the night sky to life to recreate the magical glow of the Aurora Borealis using soft pastels on dramatic black paper. Blend luminous complementary colours to create movement, depth, and atmosphere. Students will explore layering techniques, smooth transitions, and fine detailing.
Week 3-5: Carl Krull Abstract
Inspired by the bold techniques of abstract artist Carl Krull, students will create striking expressive portraits using acrylic paint and experimental layering. Starting with a vibrant gradient background, they will build contrast by painting over the top and revealing facial forms using brush handles, fingers, and creative mark-making tools.
Week 5-7: Snowman Snow Globe
Walking in a winter wonderland! This activity focuses on symmetry, precision, and layering techniques to build depth and texture. Students will also strengthen their understanding of light and shadow as they bring their snow globe scenes to life with soft, glowing winter effects.
Week 7-8: Scratch Art Penguin
Discover the magic of scratch art as colourful patterns emerge beneath the surface! Students will create a playful penguin-themed artwork, using scratching tools to reveal textures, and icy details. This fun project encourages creativity while developing fine motor skills and artistic confidence.

Classes may be merged or cancelled if enrolment numbers are low. We will always contact you ahead of time if any changes need to be made.
What classes cost?
$240 per child per term reduced to $220 for extra siblings that join!
Classes in schools that are 1.5hrs are $280 per child and $260 with sibling discount.
Payable in full at time of booking for children 5 to 8yrs. We welcome siblings! To enrol an additional child costs only $210 per term. Choose ‘term bookings’ to pay in full.

You can also pay in 4 instalments of $62 just choose ‘term fee by instalments’ when booking. Sibling discount also available. Please note that the $10 off offer doesn’t apply for these.

What do you get?
Professional teaching, one hour of targeted art activities for your child, and all materials supplied including use of an art apron. We have a maximum of 14 students per class. Don’t forget, you’ll be able to enjoy the results of your child’s creativity afterwards at home!
